18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, over 18 years of age; 2. Patients with primary premature ejaculation or secondary premature ejaculation who meet ISSM diagnostic criteria for premature ejaculation; 3. Sexual partners are stable and unique; 4. Agree to have sex no less than once a week; 5. The patient has no serious systemic diseases, including heart, liver and kidney insufficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose erectile hardness is less than grade 3 or still less than grade 3 after anti-ED drug treatment; 2. Patients with obvious relief of premature ejaculation symptoms after treatment with anti-ED drugs; 3. Other organic diseases affecting IELT; 4. Patients who need to be treated with antidepressants at the same time; 5. Patients who need to receive other anti-premature ejaculation drugs at the same time; 6. Patients who smoke, drink or have a history of drug abuse; 7. Patient who have become allergic to various components of therapeutic drug; 8. Patients with arrhythmia; 9. Patients with hyperhemoglobinemia.
