44 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete edentulous maxilla or terminal maxillary dentition with unsalvageable teeth; 2. Patients require immediate restoration and have succient anterior maxillary height for placement of at least two standard implants, but conventional vertical or tilted implants cant be implanted in the posterior maxilla because of the severe bone loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with untreated maxillary sinusitis or maxillary sinus cyst; 2. Patients with systemic diseases cannot tolerate local anesthesia under sedation; 3. Patients with poor oral hygiene, limited mouth opening, heavy smoking habits (>20 cigarettes/ day), pregnancy, and any history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
