Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old; 2. diagnosis of septic shock within 24 hours. The 2016 SSC guidelines for the diagnosis of septic shock; 3. the treatment of sedation and analgesia was satisfactory, but the heart rate was more than 95 beats / min; 4. indwelling floating ductus arteriosus and invasive ductus arteriosus; 5. early adequate fluid resuscitation, that is, patients with passive leg lift test (passivelegraise, PLR) increased cardiac output by less than 10% after fluid resuscitation; 6. sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy; (2) II, III degree atrioventricular block; (3) have a history of severe asthma; (4) severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (5) obvious cardiac insufficiency, which needs to be maintained by positive inotropic drugs (that is, cardiac index [CI] 18mmHg); severe valvular heart disease; acute coronary syndrome; (6) chronic renal insufficiency and liver insufficiency.
