Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Complaints of decreased memory and cognitive impairment, but did not meet the diagnostic criteria of dementia, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score = 24; 2.Aged >= 65 years, irregular exercise, Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) assessment <26, basic physical health, No organic diseases; 3.MRI T1-weighted sequence clinical diagnosis of hippocampal volume atrophy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All kinds of exercise contraindications (cardiovascular disease, exercise disease, etc.), cognitive impairment drug use, MRI contraindications, etc.
