Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Conform to the diagnosis of persistent AF; 3. Regular maintenance hemodialysis, 2-3 times a week; 4. Understand the research procedures and voluntarily sign the informed consent in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active bleeding (gastrointestinal ulcers, hemoptysis, etc.) within two weeks, visceral surgery, biopsy, traumatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, puncture of blood vessels that cannot be compressed, and a history of trauma; 2. Resistant hypertension, blood pressure is still >160/90mmHg before the use of anticoagulant drugs; 3. Highly suspected dissecting aneurysm; 4. History of cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 5. Various blood diseases, bleeding diseases or those with bleeding tendency; 6. Malignant tumors with a life expectancy of less than 1 year; 7. Any one positive: human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); hepatitis B surface antigen; hepatitis C virus antibody, Treponema pallidum; 8. Known to have autoimmune system diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, anti-neutrophil plasma antibody-related vasculitis, etc.).
