Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory symptoms of cough and sputum for more than 2 years and pulmonary function examination ,COPD patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of COPD(FEV1/FVC<70%,FEV1%pred greater than or equal to 50% after inhalation of bronchodilator salbutamol).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lung cancer, lung surgery, tuberculosis, bronchial asthma and other lung diseases.
