Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, the patient meets the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of olfactory disorders (2017), the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in China (2018) The diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis with olfactory disorders, and received functional nasal endoscopy sinus Patients who underwent surgery (Functional Endoscopic SinusSurgery, FESS) entered the study; 2. The patient has not received topical or systemic corticosteroids for at least 4 weeks prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with incomplete clinical data; 2. Have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system diseases or diseases that affect their survival; 3. Mental patients; 4. Pregnant, perinatal and lactating women; 5. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, certain infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis) or diseases caused by certain viruses (such as herpes and herpes zoster involving the eyes), patients with obvious contraindications to hormone therapy; 6. Patients taking antihistamines or corticosteroids within 4 weeks before treatment.
