18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic patients C3-6; 2. Primary VVS; 3. GSV reflux time>0.5s; 4.GSV diameter 200 cases; 6.Aged 18 to 70 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of VTE; 2. Double GSV; 3. Small saphenous vein insufficiency; 4. Deep venous reflux to the ankle; 5. Infection of the varicose area of the lower extremity; 6. Those who merge ASO; 7. Lower extremity infection; 8. Allergy to compression stockings; 9. Refuse to participate.
