Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease [diagnostic criteria reference: "JSGE Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guidelines: Inflammatory Bowel Disease" (2020 Japan)]; 2. Men and women are not limited, age 18-65 years old; 3. Have not received any medications (such as proton-pump inhibitors, gastrointestinal stimulants, steroids, and aspirin) that affect the gut microbiome in the past 3 months; 4. No antibiotics and probiotic preparations such as Bifidobacterium and Bacillus subtilis have been used within 1 month; 5. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disease duration < 6 months; 2. Authors with bipolar affective disorder, persistent mood disorder, and mania; 3. Combined with malignant tumor; 4. Pregnancy and lactation patients; 5.Patients with hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, stroke or serious chronic diseases (infectious, hereditary, metabolic, endocrine diseases), or complicated by other serious diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc., without mental disorders, with normal communication ability; 6.Patients who are taking drugs that interfere with the intestinal flora, such as immunosuppressants and biologics; 7.Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the study.
