Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-65 years old, met the Rome IV criteria for FD. laboratory tests (including a routine blood test, blood glucose, liver function and renal function examination), abdominal ultrasonography and upper GI endoscopy within 6 months to rule out organic pathology; the absence of abnormalities in physical examination; without Helicobacter pylori infection. no participate in other clinical trials for 3 months.Signing the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: apparent organic pathology detected at upper-gastrointestinal endoscopy; non-organic causes for dyspepsia, such as overeating and overdrinking; recurrent vomiting; predominant symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease or IBS; severe psychological symptoms that affected life and work; pregnancy or breastfeeding; untreated glaucoma; previous gastrointestinal surgery; concomitant use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, neuroleptics, or psychotropic drugs; the use of PPIs, histamine-2 receptor antagonists or other drugs that might affect gastric function within 6 months; a known history of hypersensitivity or contraindications to drugs. electrocardiogram was performed in all patients to exclude cardiac arrhythmias
