18 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. The maximum diameter of the nodule is =4B according to the version of Kwak et al. (2011); 3. No pressure symptoms such as dyspnea, hoarseness, and local pain; 4. The nodule is not close to the thyroid capsule and has no invasion of surrounding tissues, such as trachea, esophagus, nerves, etc.; 5. No evidence of lymph node and distant metastasis; 6. No history of neck radiation exposure in adolescents or childhood; no history of thyroid cancer resection and family history of thyroid cancer; 7. Willing to accept active monitoring and less psychological pressure, can actively cooperate with the follow-up plan; 8. Understand that the disease may progress and may require surgical treatment in the future; 9. Before enrollment, patients should understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form under the condition of detailed understanding of the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible disadvantages and potential risks of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High psychological pressure, unable to actively cooperate with the follow-up plan.
