Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged from 18 to 90 years and scheduled for shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cerebrovascular disease,postural hypotension,pregnant women,age less than 18 years,American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score of IV or V,patients taking angiotensin II receptor antagonists,patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
