Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end-stage renal disease on the standby list of kidney transplantation from the Organ Transplant Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College; 2.Aged 18 to 70 years; 3.Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot cooperate with cognitive assessment; 2. Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography has no temporal window; 3. Have stroke-like attacks before enrollment, combined with severe diabetes, liver insufficiency and other diseases that affect cognitive function; 4. Active seizures or current use of antipsychotic or antiepileptic drugs; 5. MRI contraindications (including claustrophobia).
