Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 0-18 years old; 2. The preoperative chest X-ray was normal, and there was no history of upper respiratory tract infection within the past two weeks; 3. Plan prone position surgery with mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia; 4. Parents gave informed consent and agreed to conduct follow-up evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the verification protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with abnormal pulmonary chest X-ray; 2. Severe pulmonary infection existed before surgery; 3. Preoperative pneumothorax, lung abscess, thoracic deformity, atelectasis, pulmonary hypertension and other pulmonary diseases; 4. Difficulty in sample collection and incomplete sampling information; 5. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
