Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary trigeminal neuralgia; 2. Patients with recurrent pain in the past 1 month without obvious tendency to relieve; 3. Age 40-75 years old; 4. Those who signed the informed consent; 5. Classical Trigeminal Neuralgia (CTN) criteria of the International Headache Society (IHS) were used to define the following: paroxysmal attacks, lasting 1s-2min, affecting one or more trigeminal nerve branches ; pain is intense, sharp, on the epidermis, like a needle stick, triggered by trigger points or some factor; the patient's seizures are individual; there is no clinical evidence of a neurological deficit; the pain cannot be attributed to other disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with facial pain caused by other diseases such as sinusitis, apicitis and cranial neuropathy; 2. Breastfeeding or pregnant women; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system or systemic failure, as well as patients with diabetes, malignant tumors, and mental illness; 4. Those who are participating in other medical trials; 5. Infected patients who were positive for four items; 6. Patients with four abnormal coagulation.
