Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients without acquired weakness (ie, MRC total score >= 48 points) when admitted to ICU, because some patients require sedation and analgesia during mechanical ventilation, MRC score may not be available, so the patient's self-care ability in the 2 weeks before admission to ICU is used instead (Barthel index score >=75 points, basic self-care in daily life); 3. Patients and their families gave informed consent to the cluster management treatment plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with existing primary systemic neuromuscular diseases (such as Guillain-Barré disease, myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc.); 2. Patients with advanced cancer organ failure, expected death or poor prognosis who cannot be transferred out of the ICU.
