Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative thyroid fine-needle aspiration to identify one side of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma, tumor diameter <= 1.0cm; 2. No history of thyroid surgery, no history of neck surgery, no history of ipsilateral chest and axillary surgery; 3. The patient has no cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency, abnormal coagulation function and other surgical contraindications. 4. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound and CT showed no lymph node enlargement or suspicious metastatic nodules on the affected side, and no extraneous invasion was found. 5. The preoperative serum calcium and parathyroid hormone were within the normal range.
