Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back pain subjects are required to meet the following entry conditions: (1) Right-handed; (2) The age range is 20-65 years old; (3) Gender: the ratio of male to female is 1:1; (4) There is a history of chronic low back pain with a course of more than 3 months (refer to the diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain promulgated by the European Commission COSTB13 working group in 2004); (5) Pain visual analog scale (VAS) >=30/100; (6) Oswestry disability index (Oswestry disability index, ODI) >= 20%; (7) No drug and related physical therapy, massage manipulation therapy within 1 month before the diagnosis and treatment; (8) Understand the process of this study and agree to sign the informed consent form. 2. Control subjects without chronic low back pain meet the following inclusion criteria: (1) Right-handed; (2) The age range is 20-65 years old; (3) Gender: the ratio of male to female is 1:1; (4) Have not received drugs and related physical therapy, massage manipulation therapy within the past 1 month; (5) No history of chronic pain; (6) Understand the process of this study and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system, etc., as well as other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infections; 2. Imaging findings include spinal bone tumor, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc.; 3. History of head trauma or coma; 4. History of mental illness; 5. History of mild to moderate depression, Beck's Depression Inventory (BDI) score greater than 19; 6. There is a history of spinal surgery, trauma or tumor; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Those who have fear and intolerance to magnetic resonance examination.
