45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-60 years old, 18<BMI<30kg/m2; 2. ASA I~III level 3. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic partial pulmonary resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe coagulation disorder; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other diseases and mental diseases; 5. A history of alcohol abuse, chronic pain or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 6. Patients with peripheral neuropathy or paresthesia of innervated dermatome; 7. Those who cannot cooperate with visual analogue scale (VAS).
