Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For hypertensive patients visiting each participating center, the diagnosis of hypertension is based on the 2020 Chinese Guidelines for the Primary Management of Hypertension; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years, inclusive; 3. Capable of complete self-care and able to use a smartphone; 4. Have understood the project content, voluntarily agree to participate, are willing to comply with all study requirements, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current history of malignancy, serious infection, or other serious systemic disease.
