Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild to moderate allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye age 18 to 70 years; 2. One of subjective symptoms such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and BUT<=5s or Schirmer I test<=5mm/5min; 3. One of subjective symptoms such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, and vision fluctuation, 5s < BUT <=10 s or 5 mm/5 min < Schirmer I test <=10 mm/5 min, and corneal and conjunctival fluorescent sodium staining positive; 4. Past history of eye allergy; 5. Symptoms of eye itching, foreign body sensation, increased conjunctival sac secretion, and at least one of the ocular surface clinical signs such as conjunctival congestion, edema, nipple, limbal Hornor-Trantas nodules and corneal epithelial lesions (excluding severe By).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose age exceeds the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with severe allergic conjunctivitis graded by ocular surface signs; 3. Those who have received local drug treatment within the past 1 week; 4. Those who have received systemic immunosuppressant or glucocorticoid therapy within the past 1 month; 5. Those who have undergone eye surgery within the past 3 months; 6. Patients with infectious inflammation of the eye or ocular adnexa; 7. Patients with active systemic diseases and systemic immune diseases.
