Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral cerebral palsy diagnosed by a pediatric neurologist; 2. Baseline enrollment aged 6 months to 2 years; 3. MRI confirmed periventricular white matter damage; 4. The family members of the children have a hospital for MRI scanning and communication function evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blindness, severe visual impairment or hearing impairment (taking into account the requirements of some language assessment modules); 2. Associated with other diseases (such as hereditary diseases, cancer, severe infection, severe heart disease, progressive central nervous system disease, etc.); 3. Analysis of the influence of artifacts in MRI images; 4. Inability to cooperate in completing the communication function assessment; 5. Non-Chinese speaking families.
