Experimental group1:Instruct patients to take respiratory exercise 5 days before operation
Experimental group2:Instruct patients to take respiratory exercise 5 days before operation and 5 days after operation
control group:patients take no respiratory exercise

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective upper abdominal laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 65 to 80 years; 3. ASA I~II level; 4. 18kg/m2<BMI<30kg/m2; 5. The patient has no communication barriers; 6. Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious complications such as heart failure and shock upon admission; 2. Patients who have had an asthma attack in the past year; 3. Patients with respiratory tract infection; 4. Any exercise contraindications or risk of adverse events: unstable chest pain, uncontrolled hypertension or arrhythmia, severe aortic stenosis, acute illness or fever, severe arrhythmia, and musculoskeletal or psychiatric disorders; 5. Patients who were transferred to ICU after surgery or other reasons.
