60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. The elderly with mild to moderate disability; 3. Conscious and willing to cooperate; 4. FEV1/FVC (forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity) 60%; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 3. Patients with lower extremity dysfunctions such as severe joint activity limitation or spasm; 4. Severe speech or cognitive impairment; 5. Patients in acute stage of thoracic and abdominal surgery; 6. Those with poor compliance.
