18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Indicated cesarean section is planned; 3. Agree to prenatal platelet count and TEG test; 4. Platelet count before delivery =55mm; 6. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who intend to give birth naturally; 2. Complicated with one of the following complications: placenta previa; placenta accreta; placental abruption; twins; intrauterine stillbirth; uterine rupture; amniotic fluid embolism; pregnancy complicated with acute fatty liver and other high-risk groups of postpartum hemorrhage 3. Patients with moderate to severe anemia before delivery, hemoglobin <=80g/L; 4. Patients with combined cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5.MA<55mm, indicating that the platelet aggregation function is reduced; 6. Other obstetricians believe that the trial population cannot be satisfied; 7. Patients who do not agree to participate in this study or do not sign the informed consent form.
