Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25 to 80 years, male or female, clear consciousness, no serious cognitive impairment, and can complete the corresponding assessment according to the order; 2. The course of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction is less than or equal to 6 months (stroke recovery period); 3. The clinical condition is stable, and the underlying diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and gout are well controlled; 4. Be able to understand and cooperate with the upper limb rehabilitation robot and conventional rehabilitation therapy used in this study; 5. The main muscle tension of the elbow joint of the upper extremity is less than or equal to grade 2 according to the modified Ashworth spasticity assessment; 6. The short-form FMA score of the upper limb is less than or equal to 30 points; 7. All subjects knew the details of the trial, agreed to participate in the trial, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without hemiplegic limb fracture, severe infection and severe liver and kidney function damage; 2. Persons with limb dysfunction caused by diseases such as spinal cord injury, cerebral parasitic disease, heart disease, and metabolic disorder; 3. Other diseases (such as frozen shoulder, etc.) cause functional impairments such as pain and limitation of movement in the joints of the unaffected limb; 4. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, digestive system and endocrine system, as well as mental illness; 5. Exclude hemorrhage from a single cerebellar site.
