Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria of high exposure population: (1)Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form; (2)Aged 18 to 60 years, male and female are not limited; (3)Employees in a microplastics high-exposure factories, with continuous working experience >= 3 years, fixed working time >= 8 hours; (4)No nasal inflammation, polyps, masses, runny nose and other diseases,etc; (5)No organic digestive system diseases (such as peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.); (6)No serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. 2.Inclusion criteria of low exposure population: (1)Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form; (2)Aged 18 to 60 years, male and female are not limited; (3)People who live or work continuously for >=3 years and the daily time is >=8 hours within 3 kilometers from the center of the Huanhuaxi Park; (4)No nasal diseases, digestive system and other systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of using systemic or nasal local antibiotics, hormones and other drugs that affect the microbiome of the flora within 3 months before screening; 2. Those who have a history of using systemic or local probiotic/prebiotic products (drugs, yogurt, beverages) within 3 months before screening; 3. Patients with clinical manifestations of obvious mental disorders; 4. Long-term smoking history; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
