Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Visual symptoms <= 3 months; 3. The first illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic CSC (duration > 3 months) or recurrent chronic CSC; 2. Macular diseases, such as polypoid choroidal vasculopathy and age-related macular degeneration; 3. Eyes with a history of laser photocoagulation (LP) treatment, photodynamic therapy (PDT) or intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) injection; 4. Pregnancy, history of steroid use and systemic diseases such as endogenous hypercortisolism and diabetes.
