Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Preoperative pathological biopsy showed unilateral glandular papillary carcinoma with diameter <=2cm without extracapsular involvement, no distant metastasis, no lymph node metastasis or limited to level VI lymph nodes; no hoarseness before surgery; 3. Normal thyroid function, no cognitive impairment, no language communication impairment; 4. Patients and their families agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging showed that the tumor location was close to the tracheoesophageal groove; 2. Preoperative vocal cord movement limitation; history of neck surgery or neck radiotherapy; 3. Local infection, inflammation or burn, etc.; abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency and systemic infectious diseases; 5. Patients who have undergone any anti-tumor therapy before surgery.
