Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in DSM-V; 2. Not using or discontinuing antidepressant and other psychotropic drugs within the past month; 3. Those without serious physical diseases; 4. Those who can cooperate with the treatment and voluntarily participate in this research, and sign the informed consent; 5. Able to cooperate with the completion of various scale evaluations; 6. Chinese as a mother tongue, can communicate in Mandarin; 7. Aged 40 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe mental illness or suicidal tendencies; 2. Patients with substance use disorders (including addiction or abuse of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sedatives, psychoactive drugs and other substances); 3. Past history of epilepsy, mania, bipolar disorder and parasomnia; 4. Visual or hearing impairment; 5. Have a history of taking sleep aids or are taking such drugs, including benzodiazepines or non-benzodiazepines; 6. Denied the history of insomnia or premature awakening for more than 3 days a week for more than 3 consecutive months in the past 5 years.
