Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute DVT involving the iliofemoral vein of the lower extremities, the course of the disease is less than 1 week, and those who plan to undergo PMT or anticoagulation therapy; 2. Aged 30 to 70 years, gender is not limited; 3. Those who are willing to participate in the research of this project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diseases, such as coronary heart disease, uncontrollable hypertension, lower extremity arterial disease, thrombosis and its sequelae, malignant ulcer, malignant tumor, renal insufficiency, active bleeding, vascular malformation, and pregnancy or pregnancy; 2. Those with poor general condition and difficult to tolerate surgery; 3. Reoperation; 4. Those who participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 5. Those who are unwilling to participate in this research project or sign the informed consent form; 6. Those who voluntarily request to withdraw from the research project or fail to complete the follow-up due to other reasons during the research process.
