Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients underwent bone mineral density testing, and the measured bone mineral density values met the diagnostic criteria stipulated in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of primary osteoporosis; 2. The patient underwent relevant imaging examinations (X-Ray, CT, MRI) before surgery, and it was confirmed that it was a fresh vertebral fracture; 3. The patient has obvious pain symptoms, and the pain visual analog scale (VAS) is more than 5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other systemic diseases, and the heart and respiratory function are not good; 2. Mental illness, cognitive impairment, etc.; 3. Poor compliance, it is difficult to cooperate with doctors to conduct surveys on indicators such as scoring; 4. The bone mineral density index does not meet the diagnostic criteria stipulated in the diagnosis and treatment guidelines; 5. Combined with lower extremity neurological symptoms; 6. There is a history of vertebral tumor and other bone metabolic diseases; 7. Patients who change the treatment plan in the middle; 8. Patients with missing primary outcome measures.
