Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Benzodiazepine insomnia patients: 1. Patients with insomnia meet the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 2. In line with the psychological and behavioral disorders induced by sedatives and hypnotics in ICD-10 (F13.); 3. Agree and voluntarily participate in the experiment; 4. Junior high school education level or above; 5. Possess certain cognitive ability; 6. Aged 45 to 75 years. Non-benzodiazepine sleeping drugs for insomnia patients: 1. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders (F13.) induced by sedatives and hypnotics in ICD-10; 3. Agree and voluntarily participate in the experiment; 4. Junior high school education level or above; 5. Possess certain cognitive ability; 6. Aged 45 to 75 years. Healthy seniors: 1. Agree and voluntarily participate in the experiment; education level of junior high school and above; 2. Possess certain cognitive ability; 3. Aged 45 to 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the current criteria for major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, any mental illness (including drug-induced mental illness) and current drug-induced mood disorders; 2. Suffering from delusions, dementia, amnesia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, any personality disorder, and cognitive impairment or dissociative disorder; 3. Have serious negative ideas and behaviors; 4. There are metal implants in the skull, cochlear implants, increased intracranial pressure, brain trauma, skull insufficiency, encephalitis, brain tumors; 5. Suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension; 6. Other infectious diseases; 7. With sleep deprivation; 8. The presence of cerebral calcification and cerebral microbleeds; 9. Have any neurological disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's, stroke, etc., have a family history of epilepsy, and use anticonvulsant drugs; 10. Pregnancy status.
