Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the baseline survey, pregnant women in the sample township or village were pregnant for 4 months or more; 2. Families with infants and young children aged 0 to 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with severe mental or intellectual disabilities or other serious illnesses; 2.Infants with major illnesses.
