Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Up to 3 tumors, the largest diameter is not more than 10cm, no large blood vessel invasion or extrahepatic metastasis; 2. Performance Status (PS) on a scale of 0 to 2; 3. Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh grade A or B; 4. No other concurrent malignant tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative combined liver ablation or other organ surgery; 2. Initially received laparoscopic surgery but converted to laparotomy during the operation; 3. History of abdominal surgery other than the first liver resection, such as cholecystectomy; 4. Preoperative transaminase elevation; 5. Preoperative cardiac, pulmonary or renal insufficiency.
