18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The main pathological type of tumor was urothelial carcinoma; 2.Aged 18 to 80 years; 3.Primary or recurrent patients (>=1 year since last administration); 4.The subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Suffering from severe liver and kidney damage; 3. Suffering from sacrococcygeal nerve injury (trauma, tumor, congenital dysplasia, etc.); 4. Suffering from primary or secondary neurogenic bladder; 5. Suffering from blood system diseases; 6. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Suffering from known primary immunodeficiency disease; 8. Combined with special bacterial infection of urinary system (including history of bladder tuberculosis); 9. Combined with bladder stones; 10. Combined with bladder outlet obstruction; 11. Previous pelvic radiotherapy and arterial local chemotherapy; 12. Abuse of chemical substances; 13. Partial cystectomy has been performed; 14. History of allergy to ß3 receptor agonists or a1 receptor blockers; 15. Suffering from glaucoma; 16. Have or are taking medications that are beneficial for OAB.
