Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No systemic disease; 2. Non-smokers; 3. No antibiotics have been used in the last 3 months; 4. Early growers cannot be carried out due to various reasons; 5. No serious bone wall defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute inflammation at the root tip; 2. Patients with large-area defect of the labial bone plate; 3. Patients with systemic diseases affecting osseointegration; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate, patients with systemic diseases, pregnant and lactating patients.
