Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select 40 patients who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgery in the Second People's Hospital of Guiyang City, and the gender is not limited; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. ASA I-II grade; 4. The estimated operation time is between 40-120 minutes; 5. The operations were performed between 08:00 and 12:00 in the morning.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of nasal cavity or sinus diseases or surgery such as nasal trauma, nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis; 2. Patients with obstructive pulmonary disease and acute upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Other neuropsychiatric diseases that may affect the sense of smell, such as senile dementia, schizophrenia, etc.; illiterate and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Recently received immunotherapy and hormone therapy.
