Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All surgical patients meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes established by WHO in 1999: (1) The typical symptoms of diabetes are three more and one less; (2) Fasting blood glucose concentration >= 7.0 mmol/L or a random venous plasma glucose concentration >= 11.1 mmol/L or OGTT two-hour postprandial blood glucose concentration >= 11.1 mmol/L. The above tests need to be confirmed at least twice before the diagnosis of diabetes can be established. 2. The patient has a history of diabetes for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, with cardiac function grade 3 or above; 2. Severe respiratory disease, pulmonary function decline grade III and above; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients undergoing nerve block anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 5. Patients who have not signed the informed consent; 6. Patients with conduction block; 7. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine.
