45 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 64 years; 2, ASA I ~ III level; 3. Heart valve replacement was performed under CPB; 4. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cerebrovascular, epilepsy and other central nervous system diseases, endocrine or metabolic disorders; 2. History of dementia, neurologic or mental illness due to various causes; 3. Language impairment, severe hearing or visual impairment, and a history of alcoholism; 4, currently using opioids, glucocorticoids or other hormones, sedatives.
