Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients who meet the RA classification criteria revised by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1987 or the latest RA classification criteria released by ACR/EULAR in 2010; 2. Joint pain for no more than 6 months; 3. The time frame for screening cases is from January 2020 to December 2022.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of joint trauma and joint surgery; 2. Associated with other rheumatic diseases such as osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis, Sj?gren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Those who have taken hormones or treated with Disease Modifying Anti-rheumatic Drugs (DMARDs); 4. Associated with tumors, diabetes, severe infection, severe liver and kidney disease or other chronic wasting diseases that affect joint disease or disease activity indicators; 5. Pregnant women or persons with mental disorders; 6. Those with contraindications to MRI examination; 7. Those who do not agree to participate in this experiment.
