control group:None
Experimental group1:After ONSD was increased, 20% mannitol 0.25g/kg was quickly dropped intravenously.
Experimental group2:Before ONSD was increased, 20% mannitol 0.25g/kg was quickly dropped intravenously.

35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who planned to undergo total hysterectomy under laparoscopic combined general anesthesia; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Aged 35 to 70 years; 4. BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m2; 5. The operation is expected to take more than 90 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of eye disease or eye surgery; 2. Patients with a history of neurological disease or transient ischemic attack; 3. Patients with poor ultrasound image quality; 4. Patients who need to be converted to open surgery intraoperatively; 5. Patients with hemodynamic instability during perioperative period; 6. Patients with intraoperative peak airway pressure greater than 35mmHg.
