Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 72 hours of onset; 2. Without fluid resuscitation (pre-hospital and out-of-hospital infusion volume <500ml/24h); 3. Moderately severe acute pancreatitis (MSAP) patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed or suspected malignant tumors, especially rectal cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, and genitourinary system tumors; 2. Immunosuppressed patients or have used or are using immunosuppressants within 30 days, or use glucocorticoids for more than 3 weeks within 60 days, or blood white blood cells <0.5x10^9/L, or platelets <25x10^9/L or more ; 3. Recurrent pancreatitis; 4. HGB<90g/L, chronic renal insufficiency, inflammatory bowel disease, colon polyps, peptic ulcer, etc., or those with contraindications to sigmoid colon tube placement; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Refuse to join the group or give up treatment.
