18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 65 years; 2. B-ultrasound or CT or MRI confirmed the presence of fatty liver; 3. BMI>=23kg/m2, stable weight in the past three months (fluctuation <5kg); 4. Not participating in other research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, chronic inflammatory disease, chronic infection, cancer, weight loss, lipid-lowering or hypoglycemic drugs, and history of bariatric surgery; 2. Pregnant women and women planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding are also excluded.
