Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1. The diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia of the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group: (1) Muscle mass is less than two standard deviations from the standard value of muscle mass; (2) Grip strength: less than 26 kg for men and less than 18 kg for women (measured by the hand denominator used in the medical examination) or average pace of less than 0.8 m/s. 2. All selected from West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 3. Over 60 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent. Control group: 1. From West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Over 60 years old; 3. Not suffering from sarcopenia; 4. No neurodegenerative diseases; 5. Patients without serious other systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, especially amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and Huntington's disease; 2. Patients with severe other systemic diseases.
