Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as primary PD, and H-Y stage 1-4; 2. Aged 50 to 80 years; 3. No history of major diseases (malignant tumor, myocardial infarction, severe stroke, severe liver and kidney disease, etc.) and not in the acute phase of acute disease; 4. Have not taken probiotics or prebiotics within 3 months; 5. Willing to take probiotics on time; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnosis of PD; 2. Use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors or glucocorticoids within 1 month before the test; 3. Combined with obvious cognitive or mental disorders; 4. Have serious digestive tract disease; 5. Complicated diseases require the use of antibiotics; 6. Life expectancy is less than 6 months.
