Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The first ischemic stroke. The diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke conform to the WHO diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; 3. Patients with acute ischemic stroke in the anterior circulation determined by brain MRI-DWI sequence; 4. National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) <= 15 points on admission; 5. Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) <= 2 points at discharge; 6. Patients or their family members signed the informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of transient ischemic attack; 2. No acute cerebral infarction lesions were found in the brain MRI-DWI sequence; 3. Complicated with hemorrhagic stroke (including cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage) or symptomatic hemorrhagic transformation; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and malignant tumor; 5. Those without cranial MRI data or incomplete data; 6. Past history of dementia, mental disorder and major depressive episode, or current obvious cognitive impairment or major depression.
