Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity in the 2016 AACE/ACE Obesity Guidelines: BMI >= 30kg/m2, waist circumference >=85cm for men, and waist circumference >= 74cm for women; 2. Aged 18 to 55 years; 3. Right-handed; 4. Willing to conduct neuropsychological tests, neuroimaging, polysomnography and other inspections, and sign the informed consent; 5. Some patients meet the surgical indications in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for Surgical Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes, have no contraindications, and are willing to undergo laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current neurological disease or serious mental illness; 2. Clear secondary and drug-induced obesity; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the inspector; 5. History of major gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Treatment with antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics three months before the study or at any time during the study (except for preoperative prophylaxis); 7. Serious primary disease; 8. Those who have serious complications or safety problems; those who request to stop halfway and are unwilling to continue for other reasons.
