Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age more than 18 years; 2.Length of scar is no less than 10 mm; 3.Initial Vancouver Scar Scale score is no less than 6; 4.Patients with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant within six months or who are breast-feeding; 2. Abnormal complete blood count or abnormal renal and liver function; 3. Patients had either Botulinum toxin type Atriamcinolone or 5- fluorouracil intralesional before in the same scar within 6 months; 4. Allergic to botulinum toxin type A, triamcinolone, 5-fluorouracil or lidocaine; 5. Diabetes or other basic diseases; 6. Immunosuppression or other status not suitable for treatment.
