Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC patients with meningeal metastasis (diagnostic criteria for meningeal metastasis): (1) Typical imaging findings such as MRI; (2) Cancer cells were found in cerebrospinal fluid cytology; (3) Positive ctDNA in cerebrospinal fluid (tumor-specific mutation was detected in ctDNA). 2. There are genetic test results of cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood in the same period.

Exclusion criteria: The treatment status is unknown.
